Paradise Waters Development - Federal (EPBC Referral), State and Local Environmental Approvals

Project Location: Paradise Waters, Ipswich, QLD

Project Description: Green Tape Solutions was responsible for the coordination and management of intensive ecological surveys and the preparation and subsequent approval of the EPBC referrals of this 1000+ lots subdivision.

We developed a series of environmental reports including environmental due diligence reports, vegetation management plans, rehabilitation management plan, biodiversity offset strategy and management plans. We help with the preparation of an internal and an external offset management plans including the purchase of land to meet the EPBC requirement..
