Pallara Development - Federal (EPBC Referral), State and Local Environmental Approvals

Project Location: Pallara, QLD

Project Description: Green Tape Solutions was responsible for the coordination and management of intensive ecological surveys and the development of EPBC referrals of the project (200 lots subdivision). Green Tape Solutions developed a series of environmental reports including environmental due diligence reports, vegetation management plans, flora and fauna management plans and biodiversity offset strategy and management plan. We are currently monitoring the on-ground monitoring of the offset area.
